Places

The Learning Project has a strong sense of place.
From its classroom spaces at 110 Commonwealth Avenue, to the McCord Building at 107 Marlborough Street, to the Clarendon Street Playground, to the Boston Public Library, the City of Boston and the Back Bay neighborhood are “home” to LP students. Classes take walks in the Public Garden to gather inspiration for spring poetry or to engage in a morning of plein air painting. They take trips on the T to visit museums, learn about architecture through walking tours, and more. The vibrancy of city life infuses our teaching and learning each and every day.

"We honor our connection to the city of Boston. Close to Copley Square, The Learning Project is, at its heart, a city school."

- Justin Hajj, Head of School
