In essence, the attendance policy is rooted in values that underscore The Learning Project’s Mission - in particular, respect for others, responsibility, inclusivity and fairness. While families receive permission to attend important family or cultural events, and also receive a handful of personal days to use as they deem fit, the school prioritizes consistent attendance in order to preserve our sense of community, to teach the importance of priorities in education, and to ensure continuity in learning.
